Ranch Leadership Team
Kelsey is our Assistant General Manager with eight years of experience in the animal industry. She loves learning about each dog’s unique personality, their story, and what makes them who they are. Kelsey shares her life with five dogs—a Brittany Spaniel, Bluetick Coonhound, Redtick Coonhound, English Mastiff, and Golden Retriever—and brings that same appreciation for individuality and care to every dog at the Ranch.

Austin
Austin is a Team Leader who has been part of the Flying A Canine Ranch team since 2021. He has a special soft spot for our smaller dog friends and enjoys making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for during their time at the Ranch. Austin shares his life with two small doodles, Otter and Emma, who he loves dearly, and brings that same gentle care and appreciation to every dog he works with.
Felicia is a Certified and Fear Free Trainer, Fear Free Groomer, and Team Leader at Flying A Canine Ranch with over 20 years of professional experience working with dogs. Her main focus is helping dogs feel happy and confident - whether during grooming, training, or their stay for boarding or daycare. Her favorite part of working with dogs is the joy they bring and their enthusiasm for life. Felicia shares her home with six dogs - a German Shepherd, Labrador Retriever, Wirehaired Viszla, Pomeranian mix, American Hairless Terrier, and a Bouvier des Ardennes - and brings patience, experience, and a genuine love for dogs to every day at the Ranch.

Glenn
Glenn is a Co-Owner of Flying A Canine Ranch since the opening in 2006. Glenn's passions include a strong focus on enrichment, leadership, and creating a positive culture for both dogs and staff. He is passionate about meeting each dog’s individual needs and loves seeing dogs enjoy activities that match what they were bred to do. Known as the handyman of the kennel, Glenn helps keep the Ranch running smoothly while bringing a thoughtful, purpose-driven approach to the care of every dog.
Denise
Denise is a co-owner of Flying A Canine Ranch and brings a lifelong love and experience with dogs to everything she does. She opened the Ranch in 2006 with Glenn and has been dedicated to providing exceptional care ever since. Her favorite part of working with dogs is the unconditional love they give and the peace of mind the Ranch provides families knowing their dogs are well cared for. Denise especially enjoys being the favorite “Auntie” to all the dogs who come through the Ranch. She brings warmth, dedication, and a genuine passion for dogs to every day.
